Robert Welch, ceo/chief investment officer
Robert Welch is the CEO of Option Specialists, Ltd. He attended the University of Texas with a major in physics and a minor in business administration. After founding a major magazine on space exploration published from 1987 to 1994, he sold the stock and parlayed it into investment capital. He began testing different markets and strategies hands on while studying to become a licensed investment advisor. Over the last 8 years, he has researched and tested all manner of trades and markets to formulate the philosophy and hedged strategies currently used.
Kathleen Welch, vp of finance
Kathleen Welch takes care of all financial matters within the company. From 1993 to 2005, she ran and administrated a successful private school in Woodland Hills, CA. She is in charge of all accounting matters.
